Tapestry
In Early Years at Pioneers, we use Tapestry, a secure online learning journal, to record and celebrate your child’s learning and development.
Tapestry allows staff to capture special moments through photographs, videos and observations, linking them to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) areas of learning. These observations help us to track progress, plan next steps and ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential.
We also use Tapestry to share homework and home-learning activities. We love seeing parents and carers upload homework, as well as anything else their child would like to share, such as a special event they have celebrated, a model or creation they have made, or an achievement they are proud of.
Parents and carers are given their own secure login, enabling them to:
- View their child’s learning journey
- Receive regular updates, observations and homework
- Comment on posts and celebrate achievements
- Share learning from home, helping us build a complete picture of your child
Working together through Tapestry strengthens the partnership between home and school and ensures children feel valued, supported and celebrated in their learning.
